Due to the nature of our bath, body, and fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly review your request and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no additional cost.
