Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During new product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $40 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. TOKI is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with mailbox, patio, front door, household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact us, and we'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
